Does IPL hurt?
Most people feel a warm snap, like a light rubber-band flick. Start on level 1 and go up only when it feels comfortable.
When will I see results?
Hair usually starts growing back slower and finer after a few weeks of weekly sessions. Everyone is different, so results vary.
Is it right for my skin and hair?
IPL works best on darker hair. It does not work on white, grey, light blonde or red hair, and it is not suitable for very dark skin tones. Do a small patch test 24 hours before your first full session.
Where can I use it?
Legs, arms, underarms, bikini line and the face below the cheekbones. Never use it near the eyes or over tattoos, dark moles or broken skin.

How do I pay?
Two ways:
- Cash on Delivery: send a Rs 500 booking amount by JazzCash or Easypaisa to confirm your order, then pay the rest to the rider. The Rs 500 is part of the price, not an extra charge.
- Pay in full in advance: save Rs 1,500 with code PREPAID1500 at checkout (on orders of Rs 20,000 or more).

How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered in 3 to 5 days anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery is free.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
Every device we sell comes with a 1-year SilkenLume warranty against manufacturing faults. Contact us with your order number and we will sort it out.
